Privacy Policy

Golden Turtle Company Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries
- Partnership and business cooperation consultations
- Conclusion and fulfillment of service use contracts
- Marketing and advertising (with separate consent)
Article 2 – Items of Personal Information Processed
The Company processes the following personal information items.
Required items: Name, email address, contact number (phone)
Optional items: Company name, job title, inquiry content
Auto-collected items: IP address, cookies, access logs, service usage history
Article 3 – Retention and Use Period
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period agreed upon when collecting, or as required by law.
- Customer inquiry and consultation records: 3 years
- Records related to contracts or withdrawal: 5 years
- Records related to consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years
Article 4 – Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1, and provides it to third parties only when there is consent from the data subject, or in cases falling under Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 5 – Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
Data subjects may exercise the following personal information protection rights against the Company at any time.
- Request to access personal information
- Request for correction if there are errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information.

Article 8 – Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. In the event of additions, deletions, or corrections according to laws and policies, the Company will notify users through announcements at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
